KAYIT İÇİN GEREKLİ BELGELER
a) Kabul Mektubunun Kopyası
b) Lise diplomasının/geçici mezuniyet belgesinin aslı ve Noter Onaylı Tercümesi
c) Lise diplomasının Türk Dış Temsilciliklerinden veya Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüklerinden alınacak “Denklik Belgesi” aslı
d) YÖS Sınavı ile yerleşen adaylar için sınav sonuç belgesi,(Sınav Sonuç Belgesinde doğrulama kodu olmak zorundadır.)
e) Pasaportun kimlik bilgilerini ve geçerlik süresini gösteren sayfalarının ve Türkçe tercümesinin noter ya da Türk Dış Temsilciliklerinden onaylanmış örneği
f) Varsa devlet kurumlarından alınan Türkçe yeterlik belgesi (TÖMER)
g) Yabancı dille eğitim veren bölümlere başvuranlardan varsa, yabancı dil yeterlik belgesi
h) 2 Adet 4,5x6,0 ebadında fotoğraf (fotoğraflar son 6 ay içinde çekilmiş ve adayı kolaylıkla tanıtabilecek şekilde olmalıdır)
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
a) Acceptance Letter
b) The original of the high school diploma/temporary graduation certificate
c) The original "Equivalence Certificate" of the high school diploma to be obtained from the Turkish Foreign Representatives or the Ministry of National Education, Provincial Directorates of National Education of the Republic of Turkey.
d) Exam result document for Candidates Placed by YÖS Exam, (Verification code must be on the Exam Result Document)
e) A copy of the pages of the passport showing the identity information and validity period and the Turkish translation approved by the notary public or Turkish Foreign Representatives
f) Turkish proficiency certificate(TÖMER) obtained from state institutions, if any
g) Foreign language proficiency certificate, if any, from applicants to departments providing education in foreign languages
h) 2 4,5x6,0 photographs (photos taken within the last 6 months and must be such that they can easily introduce the candidate)
